Yes — genuinely. Our dispatch line answers live, every hour, every day including public holidays. Late nights and weekends are when most flat tyres and dead batteries happen, so we staff for them.

Within 50km of the CBD we aim for 60 minutes or less. Off-peak hours are usually 30–45 minutes. We’ll give you a real ETA when you call — not a guess.

You get a fixed quote over the phone before we dispatch — based on your location, the job, and the parts needed. No call-out fee on quoted jobs, no weekend surcharges, no mystery line items on the invoice.

Our vans carry stock for the most common car, 4WD and van sizes — major brands including Bridgestone, Michelin, Kumho, Century, Varta and more. If we don’t have yours on the van, we can source it within the hour in most cases.

Yes — by appointment. Brakes, belts, diagnostics, log-book style servicing at your home or workplace. Anything we can’t safely do at the roadside we’ll coordinate the tow to a trusted workshop.

We accept cash, all cards and Afterpay. For larger jobs on fleet accounts we offer 30-day invoicing.
